Utility Services Australia is a dedicated gas pipeline service provider, specialising in construction, maintenance and labour hire, with extensive experience in remote area projects and works. We maintain a team of experienced personnel across a range of disciplines including: instrument/electrical, civil/structural and mechanical/piping and other supporting roles.

  • Fitness for Work

We believe in ensuring our entire workforce present to work in a state that is “fit for work”. Pre-employment medicals, random drug and alcohol testing and other processes help to identify any areas of concern. At Utility Services we have a ZERO tolerance to the use of recreational and illiect drugs and being under the influence of alcohol whilst at work.Our staff are screened to ensure any  prescribed medications do not impact on work performance.

  • Fatigue Management

Long work hours and working in extreme climates take their toll on all of us, so it is imperative that we manage this risk and our staff have limited exposure to these hazards. Utility Services is continually looking at improving ways to combat fatigue within our workforce.

  • Injury Management

Utility Services has an established injury management system to ensure injured workers are cared for by developing a structured return to work program, enabling a gradual return to full capacity. We believe that it is extremely important that injured workers understand we are committed to assisting them in completing this goal in as short a time period as possible. Utility Servies will ensure workers have access to appropriate medical care and services if an injury occurs at work.
